About Paravur Purappally Brahma Temple
One of the very rare temples in India dedicated to Brahma (the Creator), who has almost no temples of his own. This ancient temple in Pathanamthitta district enshrines Brahma as the primary deity. According to the Puranas, Brahma lost his right to be worshipped after a dispute with Shiva, so this is one of the few places where he is still venerated.
